The Alvin Community College Testing Center is now administering CLEP tests for students wishing to place out of college level courses. More information about CLEP and registration procedures can be found on the CollegeBoard website (https://clep.collegeboard.org/started). ACC currently gives college credit for over 30 different CLEP exams. Bilingual students can earn up to 14 college credits by testing out of foreign language courses. Talk to an ACC advisor if you have questions about CLEP and how it works. Students should contact the Testing Center at 281-756-3526 to set up an appointment to test.
