Martial Arts Club on Friday

Each Friday at 5:30 in room F105, the Martial Arts Club hosts a recovery and stress busting session.

We typically do relaxation, bodywork, joint mobility, flexibility and stretching which all combine to put a pleasant end to the work week.

There is no charge, no martial art skills are needed and it’s open to everyone. If you do decide to join us, I would suggest wearing comfortable yoga type clothes with long pants because shorts typically don’t work too well for what we’ll be doing.

Arrive when you can and leave when you gotta go.
